Welcome to Stage Door Theatre Company – Littlehampton

Founded in 1997, Stage Door Theatre Company has been bringing the magic of live theatre to this community for over 25 years. From laugh-out-loud comedies and beloved musicals to powerful dramas, our productions aim to entertain, inspire, and keep the joy of live performance alive at the heart of our town.

We are proudly based at the Windmill Theatre, a welcoming home for audiences and performers alike. Each year we present a wide variety of shows, giving newcomers the chance to gain confidence and seasoned performers the opportunity to shine. Recent highlights include The Addams Family, A New Musical (November 2024) and Cheshire Cats (April 2025).

Run entirely by volunteers, Stage Door thrives both on stage and behind the scenes. Whether you’re helping backstage or cheering from the audience, you’ll find a warm, supportive community ready to create theatre magic together. We welcome members of all experience levels and encourage everyone to explore new skills, take part in creative adventures, and make lasting friendships along the way.
